Run zones in WKO+
Does everyone just use the standard Friel zones in WKO+? I like to see my distribution of pace/power across training zones but Friel zones are a little on the slow side compared to training zones based on VDOT like we use at EN and you would get from something like the McMillan calculator. It doesn't have any impact on my training but I wish my analysis software matched what my workouts are based on a little better for running.

Maybe some WSM could write some WKO code for EN power / pace protocols and forward them along to TrainingPeaks as a plug in
