Run zones in WKO+

Does everyone just use the standard Friel zones in WKO+?  I like to see my distribution of pace/power  across training zones but Friel zones are a little on the slow side compared to training zones based on VDOT like we use at EN and you would get from something like the McMillan calculator.  It doesn't have any impact on my training but I wish my analysis software matched what my workouts are based on a little better for running.

  • I got tired of tweaking the WKO zones every time my FT for power /pace changed and just gave up. Now I tend to look at absolute power / pace more seriously and casually look at the zones.

Maybe some WSM could write some WKO code for EN power / pace protocols and forward them along to TrainingPeaks as a plug in image
  • oooh, a training peaks plug in....nice. I think Dave Corso is a WSM in this department...
