Feb OS week 6 Running

Good morning all!

Need some mojo to hear about how those Week 6 long runs / intensity runs are progressing!

I've been in a swim focus, bike maintenance, run recovery week.  Letting my legs absorb last week's volume.  Finally did a 10K intensity run after work yesterday:  https://www.strava.com/activities/903040431

Almost became a brown shorts run.  :o
