ok all, re-entering the OS after the PR70.3 sidetrack.. did one recovery ride on TrainerRoad earlier this week, yesterday I rode the 82 mile "hell of hunterdon" 15% of which was on dirt/ gravel roads... That was fun! https://www.strava.com/activities/914260639
Scott - that looks like a cool ride. Two epic events completed before April ... pretty awesome!
Switched the Saturday and Sunday WKOs, mostly because Saturday's window was tight and the run fit better. Did the EN team ride on Zwift this morning; about 50 minutes of easier cruising, then 70 minutes of Z3 stuff; 12-minute cool down. It was a good change of pace, and a lot more fun than the typical trainer rides!
@William Jenks - 4 X 15' is incredibly strong.....amazing work!
@Gordon Cherwoniak - You look at the wkos much in the same way I do. 140 TSS is HUGE and trying to hit 150 next week is a great goal. Add to your analysis week over week total TSS. In other words, If you hit 150 TSS in next week's work out but ended up missing 100-200 TSS less for the total week than the prior week think about that one....think of building your fitness not in one wko at a time but in the sum of weekly total workloads week over week.
