Did short course program recently change?

I started the short course program on week 8 on Monday 3/13. At the time, I printed off weeks 9 & 10 to have a copy to reference as I planned my weeks. I've been training based on those copies. But tonight, when I opened week 9 and 10 in my training program, the program is different.

For example, when I looked during my first week, Tuesday of week 9 was bike & run-
Bike: WU; 3*1' (1') @ zone 4; 4*1.5 (2') @ zone 5; remainder of time at zone 3
Run:  25' TRP with 7*20'' uphill strides

Tonight when I look at the short course program for week 9 (i.e., my EN training program), week 9 Tuesday is:
Bike: 
WU: 5-10' Easy, then 4 x 30/30 "Spinups", then 4 x 30/30 "Single Leg Drills." Watch the video or listen to the podcast in the right sidebar for details. 
MS1: 12 x 30/30 @ Low Zone 5. 5' Easy. 
MS2: 12 x 30/30 @ Low Zone 5
Run: 25' TRP
 with 7*20'' uphill strides (Same as above)

Another example: 
Week 10 Friday swim is now 2700 yards. When I printed it off 2 weeks ago, it was 2300 yards. Another main set was added. It is too late for me to do that, since I already did the ~2300 workout today.

I am sure both workouts are great. But I guess I should switch over to the new workouts? I will probably finish out the week 10 I currently have planned and do week 11 based on the "new" program.

Also, the week 9 & 10 I had before had a rest day on Mondays. The program I am looking at now has the a swim on Mondays and no swim on Wednesdays.

Did I mix something up? Is this a "user-error?"

    I did not have the short course program loaded, I'm currently in the out season, but perhaps there was a yearly update that was does by the coaches and is now being reflected in your plans.  The information you reference looks similar to the changes we have seen in the OS plans but I can't say for certain this is the case.
