April OS 2017
For those few who could not participate in N/D/J/F OS, and still want to do the OS, I invite you to join whenever you have time to do so for some mojo. David Richmond - I know you are looking for some!
For me, this is the formal build to IMMOO. Per Coach R advice, I will be blending the OS with Get Faster plans as the weather improves. In the PNW, we are beginning to see the sun again, but the rain/crap weather will probably require some long rides on the trainer.
FTP test went better than I thought yesterday, I had tested as part of JOS 3 months ago. I did not get much training in Jan-Mar, but still had a slight improvement nonetheless. Probably will hack a swim in today instead of resting, but the 5K test looms tomorrow.

I am just about to finish OS week 3 with a 75' run today. I plan to do one or two more weeks in OS (depending on our epic, never ending rain this year) and then transition to GF until I pick up the IM plan in early july.

With May I am hopeful we will see some warmer weather. I suspect I will remain on the bike trainer for convenience mainly, but will be toggling back and forth between OS and GF programs until mid-June.
