Best replacement band for Garmin Fenix 3

For my Garmin Fenix 3 owners, I'm looking for a lighter replacement band for Garmin Fenix 3. I see a few online on Amazon and eBay that say Silicone replacement band for the Fenix 3 with price ranging from $4-$30. Please share what your recommendations below. A link would be great.

PS I love the metal band, but it's a little heavy to run in, but it goes great with my work gear :-)

I have this band as well as the red band silicone for my Fenix 3. It's simple to change out, light yet sturdy. No way I'd train with the metal band.
