I did my Wednesday Night Threshold Ride last night on the trainer. I decided to join the fun and do my trainer rides on Zwift. (partially because TrainerRoad stopped working on my company laptop). So much fun riding with other "virtual" people!

And since I'm not a "paid" member of strava, I'l also recording my power to Garmin Connect.

Of course, just ignore the speed/distance between the two. Since Zwift uses calculations to get speed/distance due to elevation changes (up hill, down hill, etc).
The Garmin Stats are straight flat-road stats.
Who else is racing IM Ohio 70.3??? Lets see those workouts!!
I was able to squeeze in a short run and an indoor bike.

Since I'm doing my trainer rides on Zwift now, I'm thinking about dropping TrainerRoad, and paying Strava so it can capture my "power" on the bike. Zwift has been a really fun way to do trainer rides. Plus I have been able to re-create the workouts pretty easily.
Hope the weather is better this week! I really need to get outdoors and do some "long" bikes!
