Life once again interferes with training.
I'll be out of town next week, and won't be able to ride.
I might be able to squeeze a run in early Saturday.
Can you give me some guidance on modifying the Week for training

I've messed this thread totally up. I'll be out of town next weekend. I'll be training Mon thru Fri. Sorry for the confusion.

@David Holmes -  no worries...we all do that sometimes!!!!!  It looks like you are in Week 17 of the HIM plan. Tons of good work so far...so you are really missing the weekend sessions, which aren't as critical as next weekend's Race Rehearsal. So if you can, please do as much of one quality ride on Friday AM (drop that session) and then do a short run on Sunday AM, back at it on monday to crush it!
