Take this quick 2-question poll - running at LT
Let's say you are doing a run with LT intervals, in a 'trained' state, and during a typical OS or in-season week (meaning, say, that you've not completely in the hole, but not totally fresh).
For the last 2 minutes of the interval, how would you describe your effort using:
1. your rate of breathing (inhale for 2 steps, exhale for 1? inhale for 3 steps, exhale for 2? in for 1, out 1? Other? )
2. Rate of Perceived Exertion, using the number on the Borg scale below?
Just curious, for now If there are enough straightforward responses, I'll graph it up.
(But please think of your responses before reading others' replies ... )
