dropped a bit more from last week... closing in on my "normal" weight (another 3-5lbs). Not likely I'll get there for the race, but I'm 6 down from OS and my first bike test so I'm happy! Especially considering it's taper time. Very optimistic I'll be back at my race weight (6-8) for my next HIM (in August) and certainly by IMFL. But I haven't tried on the pants that were too tight in the winter/spring... that's the real test!
So after my recent implosion I am happy to report that I am down 3, and back to 217. Mark ... where are you Mark. I almost caught up to where you were last week. At least I hope this keeps the pressure on.

I am 182 this morning on the new scale. About 8 pounds less than I was last year considering the freakin old scale read about 6 pounds lower. Sitting on 3.878 w/kg after a look at the charts this am. Progress...
@ Chris - Apparently a new scale is like comparing numbers from a power tap, computrainer and an ibike. You just have to set a new base line. Of course you might want to pull out the old scale to hit that 4 w/kg ratio...

(In my best ring side announcer voice) Weighing in a 147.5 ready pounds, riding out of the pride of Ill---i----nois...Chicago.
3.73 w/kg. Need to drop 5 lbs and gain 10 watts....working on both.
Well done Gordon! I am down to 214 and am starting to look a little silly in my suits. Of course I looked even more ridiculous at 242. I hate to buy new ones as I will need to buy more in about 25 lbs. Going in today and get some fabric removed. Feels good. I am riding the Louisville course this weekend so I hope to leave a couple of lbs in Kentucky. My apologies to the Bluegrass State residents but it must be done. Keep it up Gordon!!

@ Gordon - AWESOME! Good news!
I am down another 1 pound. Looks like 1 pound per week is a good place for me. Had a couple of meals that were f-a-r from Paleo-esqe, but recovered well. Clothes are feeling looser which is my gauge right now.
At this rate I will be at my weight at IM CdA last year for my 70.3 in September. Only concern is I am off for two weeks of vacation to NY and D.C. starting next Saturday. I hope to run a lot to help fend off the extra calories I know I will take on.
I'm down a little again and at 137.4.
4.4 lbs and 18 watts to go
Edging my way down as well here. 136.1 this morning which puts me exactly at 4.0 w/kg. Still want to sneak down closer to that 130 mark so my goal remains= smaller dinner + no dessert.
