Couple of questions for you, I downloaded the E swim book and was wondering if you had videos of the swim drills with that as I do not have them. Have not done a lot of drills over my time and want to make sure I have an idea of how its done right. Second, looks like I might be able to get the power meter pedals for my bike finally in the next couple of weeks which I am excited about and wondering will I need to test again for zones and should I get this done before I head into get faster plan in a few weeks. I am in the first week of swim camp which is to end on the 30th. Wk 14 test I was able to avg 21.4 mph which was a 1.5 mph gain over last test along with a lower avg heart rate, think that was good. Found about how to get the video downloaded so will give it a go. No power in the future, life issues got in the way of that. No worries so just keep doing what I have been doing, thatnks
