modified race schedule

Hey Rich:

I need some help with the next three weeks.  

Due to several factors I switched out my half for a "half light" race (.9 mile swim, 37 mile bike and 7 mile run) - same date, May 21.

I have been keeping up with the workouts for the most part except I cut the length of the long runs and the long bikes slightly.  I have hard a hard time making my run zones for the past couple weeks as well.

Anyway, next weekend (May 7) is the Broad Street run in Philly.  While this isn't an A race for me I also don't want to just treat it like another training run.  If you could help me out with some kind of mini taper for this week and any adjustments to the schedule for the remaining 3 weeks I would appreciate it.
