New EN Tri suit w sleeves

I have never raced w sleeves so my question is what do you recommend for racing?  I have the new EN kit & curious if you recommend wearing the top under a wetsuit or put on after the swim?  If racing wo wetsuit do you wear the sleeves too? Does distance matter?  I assume 140.6 maybe no but 70.3 & under I'm on the fence & looking for suggestions.

Wear it under your wetsuit everytime, and for any distance...  and you can wear the sleeved tri top for any temp race, especially the hot ones.

I would only only consider putting it on in T1 if it wasn't wetsuit legal.

I was planned to put mine on in T1 also. Im pumped to race in it, it looks and feels awesome.

+1 on @John Withrow's comment.

I have biceps like Chris Froome and trying to get the top on while wet and rolling to/thru T1 is tough and a hassle you don't need.

Just leave it on & unzipped in the front for the swim under wetsuit or swim skin.

Even if its not wet-suit legal, I would wear it during the swim.  It has been legal to do so since last year.  They are very difficult to on when you are wet!

Thanks for the feedback. I have always worn my tri top but have always raced in sleeveless version bc I have fairly large shoulders & arms. Most sleeves cut into my arm but this EN kit seems legit. Looking forward to wearing it at Choo 70.3 in 2 was for first race this year.

I would swim with it but make sure to body glide up.  I had some issues under my arms during my ironman swim last year.

@Tommy Bonds thanks a bunch for posting this question and extra thanks to the folks in the dialogue.   Just got my new kit yesterday and was wondering the exact same thing about wearing it for the Oly i am doing this weekend here in Hawaii. No doubt about it, this is the best kit I could have even imagined as far as feel and fit!
