Trainer riding & Traveling
How best to replicate the kickr experience while traveling?
I happen to be in Boston for a few days while the training plan calls for two 2-3 hour rides. I am living in a cheap hotel (no spinning bike) with a "noreaster" rain storm forecasted - multiple reasons to look for an indoor option. A quick search shows me there are multiple fancy cycling gyms in town, along with the usual big box gyms. Is there a best practice that the team is aware of in this situation?

The big box gyms are okay; they typically have SPD-compatible bikes like Kieser or something similar; as long as they're not all crammed into an overly-small room with little air circulation
Some of the Westin properties are trying a "spin bike on demand" concept where you can get one in your room; that would be nice
