Training plan tests.

Hi Coach. I'm on week 5 of the advanced GF plan and it requires that I do some tests this week to calculate my zones etc. I don't use the plan as a Monday is a Monday workout. I had to change the plans days because of my weekend work schedule so Mondays workout is actually on a Friday. Tuesday is on Saturday, Wednesday is on Sunday and it rolls forward like that so my long runs and long rides are during the week when I have time. I've been hitting all the workouts and don't have any issues. However, I'm in China and I'm still waiting for my Garmin 935 to arrive so I can calculate my zones. How do I approach this testing week without a device to record my heart rate. I don't have a power meter either so all I can do is record my times. Apparently my Garmin 935 will arrive any day but they can't tell me exactly. What should I do?
