WKO 3.0

Calling the gurus out there. I  have been using 3.0 on a MAC via VMWAre fusion for 6 weeks. Go to download data and 3.0 has punted ALL  of my info and athlete info. GREAT.

I  tried to re-enter my athlete info and each time I  drag and drop PWX file, 3.0 crashes. I  have uninstalled and reinstalled 3.0 per 3.0 tech support amd the same thing keeps happening.

Any advice????

    I can't help you on the Mac stuff, but have you checked to see if hte files still exist and WKO is just not finding them?

    In other words look around on your hard drive for the directory that the wko files and your profile are saved in and see if they are there. I believe there is an option in the program to set the location of where these files are stored and that might be messed up. Typically applications do not just delete informaiton but instead after an update or reinstall it does not know where to find the right information from.

    As a side note, I personaly backup my WKO data folder every month and recomend it to others.

    I  will look for the files. Then there remains the issue of WKO  crashing when I  drag and drop.

    I  know this format is possible, as it worked for weeks without issue.

    So, to avoid all of the MAC issues, I purchased a netbook with WIN7 to run WKO 3.0. I have downloaded all the appropriate things, i.e., device agent, power agent.

    Now, THE SAME THING is occuring when I drag my files into WKO 3.0. IT CRASHES!!

    I am creating a pwx file in PA(from Joule)> moving it to desktop> dragging it into 3.0> and CRASH!!

    I know this should work, because it has before.

    Help, please!!

    Corrupt data files? Can you successfully fire up WKO+ without any data files? If so are you trying to drag/drop a single data file at a time or everything?

    I have tried to single drag and drop each file into WKO.

    1) It begins to "parse" and crashes every time

    2) I can drag and drop the file into Device Agent with no problem

    I would call WKO tech support. They are awesome and may have a quick fix.
