Run Durability?

Week before last I did Gulf Coast 70.3. In the last 3 miles of the run I had some significant cramping issues, which I've since learned that many others did as well. In my post race call with Coach Patrick, he mentioned that I might benefit from some run durability. My next event is Augusta on Sept 24. You currently have me in Get faster until 7/23 and then Ironman until IMFL in November. Do you think I would benefit from some run durability, and if so, would I be best to start it now, or better to maybe put it at the end of my get faster program? Coach Patrick said he would defer to you on this, and obviously, I don't know enough to have a clue. Whatever you suggest is what I'll pursue.

- This week, load up the Run Durability 3 training plan, setting it to end on 6/18
- Then load up the Get Faster plan, setting it to end on 8/13
- Then load up the EN*Full training plan, setting it to end on 11/5
