RR change of date; guidance needed

Quick question; I have some unavoidable work travel coming up in June right around my RR Number 1 for Santa Rosa.
I am meant to be doing my RR on the weekend of June 23/24/25, but i will be in china.
My options are move the RR forward to the weekend of June 10/11 or delay it and do it the weekend on July 1/2... guide me oh wise one

Recommend you move the RR forward vs backward. IE, do it earlier given your work travel
