Looking to pick up a new compact crank this holiday season?
In the spirit of avoiding the R&P kick to da nutz next year at IMLP, I decided I wanted to put a compact on my tri bike. I'd been debating between the Shimano R600 or R700, and leaning towards the 600, until I saw this
R700 on sale for $78. Freakin' no brainer if you're considering one. Unless, of course, you're looking forward to your kick to da nutz...

I'm not familiar with the Shimano versions but I have a compact FSA K-force light with Ceramic BB in 172.5 for sale if you are interested. It was $600. Contact me offline.

The R700 sits between Ultegra and Dura-Ace.
thanks for the offer, Vince.

I saw this too. I think I may have to jump on it.
I used an r700 all of last season and it worked great. Highly recomend it.
Thanks for the reminder Mike. I just placed my order.
Ditto. Jump on this deal if you're making the leap.
so I've done some wrenching but I usually don't mess with the BB. How do I know if this will replace what I've got in place can someone link a video or give me the 411 on BB and how to replace a crankset
shouldn't matter whether you have a 9 or 10 sp rear.
Hopefully everyone that wanted one got it.
