I just saw your Season Roadmap request and wanted to get back to you right away...I too have broken my collarbone, and the recovery is a bear (unless you are super tough)!   :disappointed:

I requested to follow you on Strava (you can add Endurance Nation to your name or join our Club to make that easier)...and I can see you are getting back into it. 

You currently have four weeks to go until race day, and the big requirements I see for you are:

  • Getting the longer rides in OR if you aren't riding outside yet, getting TOTAL RIDE TIME done for the week by breaking it up across your weekly rides. Your call, but let me know about if (A) you can ride outside and (B) can you use the aerobars.
  • Run consistency...since you'll need to adapt, I'd rather we get in many short runs than anything big. So call it 5 x 20 minute runs this week so that you can just get used to running...if you feel good with that, you could get in a 40 to 45 minute run after your Saturday bike.
