Treatment options for torn Labrum (hip)

I am hoping that some doctors on the team could help provide some opinions about treatment options for torn labrum (hip).  I have articular surface tear of the mid anterior labrum, partial tear vs degenerative change in the ligamentum teres "although ligament remains grossly intact", mild greater trochanteric bursitis, mild proximal hamstring tendinosis w/o tear - "there is a grade 1 strain of the proximal semimembranosus muscle".  I had IMS done weekly leading up to IM Cozumel last fall (was able to run through with some pain, no walking), and after the race, had PRP done in mid Dec. After 2 months, the pain was gone, and started strengthening PT work, started 3min run/2min walk on anti-gravity treadmill.  3 weeks ago, increased the run time to 8min/2min walk, and the pain came back :(  My doc. gave me 3 options - 1. wait another 6 months to see if PRP keeps working, 2. have another PRP, 3. Stem cells. My doc. uses blood, fat and bone marrow to get mesenchymal stem cells, as well as PRP on top of it.  I understand the stem cell injection results are varied, and really can't find much studies to understand the effectiveness specifically on the torn labrum.  I would be grateful if I can get some advice.  thanks!
