Hey Tim!   Great report!  And glad to hear the health issues aren't more serious, but it's also a good reminder that taking care of our health requires constant lifelong focus.  In some ways, knowing things weren't "right" with your HR, etc. during training might have given you warning signals that others might have missed for years until it was too late.

Solid result in your race as well!  Best of luck in IMAZ...
