short course pacing with little run time
Hey Everyone!
I've been run light b/c I've been rehabbing my right medial knee tissue. I have my only sprint tomorrow. I am confident on the swim and bike. Run is flat, out and back. Last time I did this race, 4 years ago, I ran 28.03 - which clocks just over 9 m/m. I feel like I can go faster even though I haven't done any speed work. Any wicked smart advice for coming in faster? Thank you!

Thank you! Plan on giving myself 3-5' to get my legs back off the bike, then drop the hammer.
