Micro thread training Q

Patrick,
Understand you are in the middle of IMLP and probably completely tied up so I'll be brief. I had a tough week recovering from last weeks back to back 6hr bikes and brick sessions (which I completed without too much problem). However this week missed all three scheduled runs due to some hip/glute/piraformas issues where I could not loosen up to run without extreme discomfort. Finally feeling better today after 3 trips to Chiro this week.
Question- I am hoping to be close to 100% this weekend and wondering if should I simply follow the weekend training plan as scripted (EN full advanced 8/20 IMMT) and just ignore the missed runs this week, or should I tried to make up the lost runs some how? It was supposed to be a big run week and I have like 3 miles to show...  I don't want to start freelancing at this point as we are kinda close to final push time... Thanks in advance. Dirk
