Help! My Arundel's leaking and I won't give it up....

 Remember a post in 3.0 but can't find (sorry Nemo- zero patience for searching)....  my Arundel bottle is leaking around the top and it seems someone else came up with a brilliant solution to fix?  Anyone have same experience/solution?

    Electrical Tape. I tape the cap with Electrical Tape and that stops the leaking. Works like a champ.

    Or- Go out on the Eagleman bike course and recover the one that I saw lying on the road that someone lost after hitting a nasty bump!!! If you need just about any bike gear you can get it for free in Cambridge MD- but act fast, supplies won't last!!

    SO you run tape around after you fill?   I have replacements and every bottle I've ever had leaks.  Otherwise love them!  I did loose one at the Aqua bike in May- first time I ever lost one.  At $11 a pop- you better believe I went back after that sucka!!!

     

    Think the tape is what I did last year and worked.  I'll give it a try tomorrow!

    Yeah, fill the bottle, put the cap on, then run electrical tape around the cap. Works great.
