As you'll see in this forum, I handle all manner of edits and changes. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Your Season Update
These are your recommended training plans, including the date you should start each one (sometimes you won’t complete a full plan but transition to another one). - Finish the recovery plan, it's critical!
- On 7/31 Load up 20 Week Short Course INT Level plan to end on 10/1/2017
- On 10/2 Load up Post Half Transition plan to end on 10/15/2017
- On 10/16 Load the Run Durability 1 (9 months out) -- 4 weeks to end on 11/12/17
- On 11/13 Load the Run Durability 2 (8 months out) -- 4 weeks to end on 12/10/17
- On 12/11 Load the Run Durability 3 (9 months out) -- 4 weeks to end on 1/7/18
- On 1/8/18 Load the OutSeason® Intermediate Level plan to end on 4/15/18
Coach Notes
The goal here is a re-intro to regular training, where we modify the plan for your first (early) sprint before we get to some real work. Don't put pressure on your self to over achieve...consistence is what will eventually lead to the results you want.
