Low zone 5 for 2.5 hours?
Hi! I am in the intermediate minimalist Iron Man plan, week one. I'm looking at the Saturday ride and the second main set says to go for 2.5 hours at goal Iron Man pace, "low zone five." Uhhhmmmm... i'm sorry I can't hold over 200 W for 2 1/2 hours. Is this a typo? Should this be a different zone? Maybe Low zone three? Thx!!!
