EN Full Intermediate Threshold Run (wk2 and wk 3) Recovery (not readable)
I'm looking at weeks 2 and 3 of the EN Full Intermediate plan and not seeing a recovery time after the 3 x 1 mile... the recovery time in parenthesis is messed up and showing weird symbols. What should the recovery time between each of those miles be? Also, what should the recover time be between that set and the next set (2 miles @ zone 4)? Thanks!
