As you'll see in this forum, I handle all manner of edits and changes.  So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Coach Notes

I understand your Ironman® motivation is low, but you are training and racing at a pretty high level. At 14 hours a week right now (roughly) you aren't that far off what we'd have most of our Ironman® athletes doing. I am sure when we talk on the phone I'll gather more about the nuances of your situation, but generally speaking you are already at a high level. 

I get that IM racing, and IM racing with a goal, comes at a high cost...but the work you are doing now is very complementary. We often tell our athletes to do a "season of 70.3®" as a "break" from the ultra long work associated with IM training. 

Once you are through this race we can talk about how to structure your Fall and Winter training to complement your goals and hopefully get you back on track!

Your First Month on the Team
