Schedule change?

Next week is the big day Saturday for week 11 IM beginner. Family demands require that I be out of town next weekend w/o my bike. Do you have suggestions for modifying my schedule? I'll be able to run I believe as I'll be in Atlanta.

  • @David Holmes -  if you are unable to do it on Friday before you depart, then we push it to the following weekend in place of that Saturday session.

    For this week then, to the normal week through Friday except dropped the Friday run if there is one (keep the swim). Then you can run both Saturday and Sunday between 60 and 80 minutes at approximately TRP effort. That is enough to keep you going without compromising your schedule and the following week.
