BBS Garmin Power Course - how to?
After reading @Coach Patrick's RR on MT, I am interested in learning how to use the power course functionality of Best Bike Split
the download part seems easy, the questions I have are on the Garmin side. I have a 520 (newer Generation than P's 810).
how to i Import? I am assuming that I drop in the "new folder" and it will become a course? do I then follow course as I would with any other geographical course?
Do I need to configure a target power field?
lastly with all the ups and downs of Louisville, there are 140 "intervals" on the Power course, is that just too much to be chasing?

@Alicia Chase Thanks for posting that link. Very helpful!
@Francis Picard Chose Garmin Workout to go practice on a race track (are you serious about this? I am gullible...). Chose Garmin Power Course to do on the course.
