In my opinion, if you look at 1:50 in the video, there is no need for Cavendish to change his line, moving left into Hausler. From a different angle from a different video I saw, Hausler has his head completely down and is then BAM, bumped by Cavendish. Cavendish came at him, changed his line, not the other way around.

Kinda looked like the move Rich put on me at the top of the KOM the day of my crash there. I agree Cav. is at fault.

And oh yeah, Cavendish is definitely in the wrong here.
If you watch the video carefully, you can see Cav's wheel fold and then snap back. Crazy. And totally Cav's fault.
