Coach Notes
Great to have you on the Team!! Based on your races and your experience level, I think it best to dial in some baseline running before heading into our OutSeason® program...and then the Full Ironman plan. I'll want to talk with you about how you'll train across the winter. Once you are through the IM, things will fall into place based off of the good work you have done heading into the full 140.6. We can go over it in our Coach Call (link below).
