Here's your personal Coach Thread, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is here to guide you through your first year on EN, so you can always come back here.
As you'll see in this forum, I handle all manner of edits and changes. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

^Limited to no training for all of those, just junk miles running, and biking and swimming twice a week with no real plan.
Started CrossFit in 2014 and immersed myself with it until August 2017.. Am 20lbs heavier at 185, mostly extra muscle and am heavier than I should be, but should be back to 165 by the end of the year.
Right now I am at a 24:00 5K fairly easily and can probably push to 21:00 if in a race.
Havent biked or swam in over a year.
I'm looking to dramatically improve in the sport of triathlon over the next few years, and obviously have an end goal to make it Kona just like everyone else lol, but I do have a realistic 5 year goal for that.
