Treadmill recommendation

I am looking to buy a treadmill for my house. I know very little about this so any recommendations will be appreciated.

I would start with the question of - What is the frequency and duration of use? Once you answer that then begin to narrow your search as there are many options. For instance, I have one that I bought on Craigslist for $150 2 years ago. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done - as for my frequency and duration of use it might see 75-100 miles a year. So in this case it was a good investment, if I went with a $1500 - $2000 option with the same usage, that would have been a bad investment.

I think there is a thread about treadmills on here from within the last 8 months or so.  I have a Landice L7 and love it, also lifetime warranty on everything which is great!
