edited December 4, 2017 8:01PM in Coaching Forum 🧢

Here's your personal Coach Thread, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is here to guide you through your first year on EN, so you can always come back here.

As you'll see in this forum, I handle all manner of edits and changes.  So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

  • @Cory Metler Updated the planning bullets above...we are ready for you to crush it this year!

  • Looking forward to the continued progress of completing my first Ironman distance triathlon (IMLP).  I chose EN  after experiencing first hand the results An EN training program can deliver. I have several tri friends that have/continue to useEN To get them ready for IMLP. Understanding the program and seeing them follow the road map convinced me to follow in their shoes. I am extremely confident that I have the best coach and program available to help me reach my goals and the finish line.

This journey all started with the birth of my daughter, 12 years ago. I could not run 1 mile without stopping. She was my running partner her first year. I went from 1 mile to 5Ks. 5Ks to 10Ks, all the way up to Marathons. I neeeded something new and Triathlon was it. The journey was the same, and here I am training for the Ultimate single day endurance event.
  • @Cory Metler -  thanks so much for the update in contacts! I love the fact that you got into the races with your daughter… That is super special.

I look forward to working with you across the rest of this year!
