This weeks training schedule, this is a huge week of training. Had a recovery week after Ironman Louisville
Have to move swim to Saturday due to local pool schedule.
Starting to focus on my pre and post race nutrition
Wednesday 2600 yards pool 8-mile aerobic run Thursday 8-10 mile run Friday 150-160 mile bike practice fueling Saturday 9000 yard swim with a 2-hour bike Sunday 26-28 mile run. Jog-walk effort (used this at Louisville) 30 min spin out on bike

Was able to execute my long training run and threw in a local 5 k in between the
