@John Stark - I see you are back and in the RDP, which is FANTASTIC. You posting all those beautiful pictures to the GroupMe, however is making me really jealous. Maybe one run pic of a dumpster or something?

Nothing to report right now. 4 weeks back to running and Kickr-ing. Finding the "sweet spot" again, slowly. Started RDP on Friday and will "streak" there and Zwift until JanOS.
I do miss my training partner, @Tom Glynn
