Does anyone use the Concept2 Skierg2 for Swimming?
I just ran across this and it seems like it would be good for swimming and is about $800 new with the PM5 power meter (Ant+ and Bluetooth support) which seems to be way less than the VasaERG. It allows independent arm movements and measures power. I even saw a video with Sheila Taormina using an older version with a Halo swim adapter.
Has anyone used this for swimming? and does anyone know how it would be different from the VasaErg? besides the fact that you are standing with this machine.

@Tim Sullivan What ever did you decide about this?
I saw one use of it as a swim tool. I was going to try to find one in Austin to try out but haven't yet. I may try to call the company also because it seems like it does what the VASA does
So I haven't done anything yet :)
We have a few these at the gym you can practice high elbow catch but nothing like working out on Vasa. Better off investing in bands and following Rich's OutSeason swim plan in the wiki.
@Junior Tereva I'm curious of how the skierg is different from vasa pull wise compared to Vasa. Does it have a different feeling?
