2017 IMAZ Team Dinner
Hello IMAZ Peeps. In my effort to be your Sherpa, I would like to make the reservation for dinner. The last two years, we have gone to Bucca De Beppo on Scottsdale Road. We have also had it on Thursday night. I am tagging everyone that Brenda has signed up for the race. Please respond back if you are planning to come, and which night is better. We are only a couple weeks out. If Thursday doesn't work, let me know if we should move it to Friday.

I have heard from a few people that they weren't thrilled with Bucca de Beppo and to see if something else would work. I would like to move it to Four Peaks Brewing in Tempe at 6:30 on Thursday. That is the day most people want to have it. We can have individual checks, there is the whole menu to choose from, and its a quick Uber from Ironman Village ~ 2 miles.

There are some salads to choose from if Gluten Free or Vegetarian is your way of life. The food here is always great which @Doug Sutherland and @Francis Picard can attest to, as I took them there for lunch last year.
Pick out your favorite beer while you are here or post here and I will be sure to have a cold one waiting at the finish line for you.
We will have a separate area just for us on the back. Dress is casual and per EN rules no Triathlete clothing. Families are welcome too.

If we move to Friday I know many of you won't come because you want to go to IM banquet. Should we move it to Friday, do we want to meet casually somewhere else for just drinks and appetizers? The numbers of respondents is small. Tell me what you would like and I will do my best to make it happen. I would have all of you over to my house, but I am 45 minutes across town.

Last year we started dinner at 7 pm Friday. That gave time, for those who wanted, to attend the opening ceremony. They no longer have a dinner. They provide a $25 voucher for restaurants instead. Maybe it will work at 4 Peaks
I am also running the IM 5K on Saturday morning, so I will be around then too, if you're looking to grab late breakfast, early lunch. Group picture Sunday morning on the East side of Transition if we don't catch up before then.
Please don't hesitate to lean on me for anything. Bike parts, repair help, shuttle, anything I can do to make your trip here as stress free as possible.
