Ricky Richie Official Coach Thread
Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Coach Notes
Great to hear from you man, it's been a while! Good for you to focus on biz and then come back to crush it. I am giving you free rein through the Powerman as I don't know what you've been up to. You and I can work on adjusting the RDP plan if needed.
By the way, be sure to check in on the GroupMe Chat for RDP to get back connected with your teammates.
Then we roll through an early OS, into the Half plan for Gulf Coast...some mid-season speed work...then off to the race prep for IMLou!
Let's get to work!

My plan from the fall is no longer here. This is the second time I have resubmitted this. I cannot go to the coaches thread, I do not have access. It says I have a permission problem. running 15 miles per week. Riding 60.

Ok, time to get you back on track / into a regular program. 15 miles on the run and 60 miles on the bike is a great place to be...but we need to ramp that up. I'd like you to use the Get Fast Plan to build some speed and consistency. This will be the gateway to prepping you for the EN*Full Plan starting on 8/6/2018.
We'll have you "work in" the Ryanman Half using the Wiki Guidance here for that week of 10/1 (and we can talk before then too).
Please load up the GetFast plan and get to work. You can schedule a check in call with me here and we can make sure you are on point: https://calendly.com/pmccrann/15min
Let's do this!
