Thanks for the feedback Coach! Couple quick clarification questions: 1) what do you mean by safety pin on the timing chip?; 2) "slow is smooth, smooth is fast" - can you break this out and explain what you mean here? Appreciate it!
The safety pin holds the Velcro strap strap around your time in chicken place so I can’t become dislodged should someone pull the cord or if the strap breaks. It’s just a back up measure.
As for the mantra, it means the slower you go the better you do something the first time. The more you do things right the first time, the faster you will be overall!
