Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

2 weeks post IM Louisville. 7 runs, all 30 minutes or less in the last 2 weeks. Will begin NOS (Bike Focus). 2nd year on team and second OS.

IMLou is done and one to the next season, huh!? You don't mess around!!! I have outlined your year above with a break post White Lake into the Get Fast plan....then into IMMD. Let me know what you think.
