I have always loved the Bryan Kest Power Yoga videos. He has 3. I always owned the DVD, but I found them on YouTube when I was traveling this past year. I have done one and two for over 15 years now.
I feel like Yoga has been my secret sauce for staying injury free and speeding recovery. I'm no yogini and just do videos. I got introduced to yoga when I did P90X several years ago. Here are some of the yoga workouts I do. I tend to prefer about 30 minute yoga workouts these days.
P90X3 Yoga. A great 30 minute practice that also builds core strength.
Blissology. It has a different workout for each day of the week. There is a long version of about 60 minutes and a quickie version of about 30 minutes for each practice.
P90X Fountain of Youth Yoga. About 40 minutes that takes the best parts of the 90-minute P90X Yoga routine.
Ryanleech.com. Mostly a MTBing site but he has some really good yoga routines. You can sign up for free and stream them.
Yoga for Runners by Runnersworld. Not advanced yoga moves, but still effective.
Hey Dave, I just found my video ... time for me to do some more yoga this out season. The title is "Yogaletics" - the Elite 45 min Workout. It has a 22 min option as well. This is more of a man's Yoga video filmed in a gym with a drum beat, etc. I might as well be a beginner but I can kinda/sorta do most of it...or at least I used to...we'll see this week. There are three people in the video. The main dude gives the primary workout. The chick is doing the advanced version of each exercise, and the other guy is doing the beginner version ... all at the same time. I follow the lead guy, but sometimes I have to do the beginner variant. I don't even try to do the high level the young lady is doing.

I use yoga as a way to stretch and that is it. not as a strength building..
