Question I have is that we used to talk about over doing it in the OS and now we are not only talking about racing on zwift on almost daily basis but some people are racing more then one race per day.  How do I get my head around my goal for the year being improve my BIKE leg but not ride myself into that brick wall?  Or should I just rest when I get tired?

Seems that the link in the first post doesn't work- 'cause it wants to put in the bracket at the end. Delete the bracket and it works. I just started using zwift & am climb up the learning curve & have posted some questions.
