Day 75 (in a row) complete with 386.9 miles and no injuries.

If you choose to view the story (video), the man sitting in the chair on the left is a retired US Marine Colonel, my father.  He spent a lifetime, teaching me by example, the importance of helping/supporting those that have taken care of/supported others.  Jason is a prime example.
