Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Your Notes
I have raced triathlon for the past 10 years and would have rated myself an intermediate ability level. However 2017 was a total bust due to work stress and accompanying depression. No races and worse, no training. The wheels came off. But this fall I got help and am on the road to recovery. For the past 45 day I've been training, building up my strength and endurance to the point I'm ready for the January OS. Fitness has come back, but I've got a ways to go.
