Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Your Notes

5 full ironman 2 VM, 2 CDA, 1 Coz, 10 CIM marathons, 1 Boston, 2 half VM, 3 half Hawaii, numerous half marathons. I lean toward heavy volumn workouts . Lack speed work. Two disciplines a day Am and PM. AM run Pm bike with one Am swim and two Pm (MWS) with Long run on Sat long brick Sun. No injuries. My plan is to ride Zwift. I try to do run so on Tues and bike on Thurs.

  • On 5/28/2018 Load the Intermediate Bike Focus Block, 6 Weeks to end on 7/8/2018
  • On 7/9/2018 Load the Beginner Get Faster Training Plan, 10wks to end on 9/16/2018
  • On 9/17/2018 Load the Intermediate EN*Full to end on 11/18/2018

Coach Notes

Great to hear from you, Debbie! Sound like you have a great daily schedule...with some room to grow. I have lined up your year with our plans and how I recommend you focus your training. It's a gradual start as you'll be in the Run Durability Program for the first month before you bump up to go to the actual OutSeason®. I imagine that you and I, when we talk, will need to merge your lifestyle with our plans. 

In the meantime, I'd love to see you on our Zwift weekend rides (Getting Started on Zwift). The planning text channel is here: GroupMe EN Zwift Events so you can see what folks are riding and when.
