Eber Lusty Official Coach Thread
Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Your Notes
In out season mode. Been running 3 days a week with bike (spin clsss), 3 times a week, two days a week off. Some Yoga to improve flexability. No swimming. My running is really slow, 15 minute miles. Need to improve this area most

Coach Notes
I'd like to get you on some run consistency to lay a good foundation. You can do that in the Run Durability Program and with the Run Durability on GroupMe. Then we move you into the Run Focus OutSeason Plan and have you do the L1 workouts. You'll recover then get into the main season.
The run speed will come, but we don't work on it this early in the year. We can crush the bike (recommended!) and once you exit the OS you'll simply BE faster...and then we can add the speed work that is part of the current Short Course plans!
Let me know what you think!
