Justine Oppenheim Official Coach Thread
Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.
Power User Tip: Click the Star icon by the Title of this thread to subscribe, and you'll get email updates when I do reply.
Your Notes
Haven't biked or swam in the last 3-4 months. Been running consistently 5-6x/week, averaging about 20-23 mi/week. Play indoor soccer 1x/week as well.Attempted to start the OS in Nov...but haven't followed that at all. Over the last 2 seasons have loosely followed the EN plans...but haven't really had the discipline to follow the plans...would say my compliance was about 10%...mostly due to a crazy work/travel schedule.

Coach Notes
Time to reboot the OutSeason Plan in January...this week as a matter of fact!!! You can do that right into the Half, and cover Run2Remmber in there (you and I can get dialed in here for that taper as needed).
The biggest thing is establishing a routine with the workouts. Some folks really have responded well to a run streak challenge... Run Durability on GroupMe if that's your thing! Even a mile a day counts!
Please review and let's do a call so you are on track! https://calendly.com/pmccrann/15min
Let's get to work!
